Are walks solo or in groups?

All walks are solo or limited to your household — we never mix dogs from different households on the same walk. Your dog gets the full attention of your walker the entire time.

What days and times are walks available?

Walks are available Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm in 30-minute time slots. Subject to availability and service area.

How do I book a walk?

Use the booking calendar above to select your date and time slot. In the notes field include any entry details — the most common methods are a lockbox, doorman, entry codes, or leaving us keys. Let us know which leash to use.

How do walk packages work?

After purchasing a walk pack you’ll receive a coupon code by email. Add your walk to the cart and apply the code at checkout — it deducts the walk cost to zero. Any add-ons (extra dog, extended time) are charged separately. Check remaining walks in My Account → Smart Coupons.

Can I add a walk to a daycare or boarding booking?

Walks are booked separately from daycare and boarding. If your dog is already at Pawffice for the day, a walk is a great way to add some extra outdoor time on top of their normal backyard access.
