Do packs expire?

No — all prepaid packs (5, 10, and 20 day) have no expiration date. Use them at your own pace, whenever works for you.

Can I cancel a booked day if I have a pack?

Yes. Pack holders get same-day cancellation. Without a pack, the cancellation window is 2 days in advance.

Are packs transferrable or refundable?

Packs are non-transferrable and non-refundable. Please make sure you’re ready to commit before purchasing.

How do I use my package?

At checkout you’ll see “Available Coupons” — click your code and it deducts the daycare cost to zero. Any add-ons are charged separately. 

What does Monthly Unlimited include exactly?

Unlimited daycare 7 days a week, free early drop-off, free late pick-up, 50% off boarding. No daycare bookings necessary with the monthly unlimited.
