We started Brooklyn Pawffice because we love dogs genuinely and deeply. Every decision we make starts with one question: is this good for the dogs?
Our story
Brooklyn’s go-to dog daycare, built from scratch in Williamsburg
Since 2021 we’ve been proudly serving the Brooklyn and NYC community. Our team is thoroughly trained — and most have spent years working with dogs, developing a real ability to understand and communicate with them.
We’re a friendly, energetic group of genuine dog lovers. Your dog’s safety and happiness is our top priority, and we take that seriously every single day.
In 2024 we expanded to the East Village with the opening of Manhattan Pawffice — the same philosophy, a new borough.
What makes us different
Built around dogs, not convenience
Every part of how we run things was designed with your dog’s experience in mind.
2,800 sq ft of space
1,800 sq ft indoors, a 1,000 sq ft backyard, and a cozy 600 sq ft lower level for boarding. A lot of room by any Brooklyn standard.
Live streams, always on
Indoor and outdoor cameras running all day. Check in on your dog any time from your phone — included at no extra cost.
Safety first
Secure gates, padded flooring, vaccinations required, and strict cleanliness protocols every day. A space your dog can fully relax in.
24/7 supervision
Someone is always here — including overnight for boarding. Our dedicated night team watches the dogs through every hour.
Socialization & growth
Regular daycare builds confidence, reduces anxiety, and helps dogs thrive socially. Dogs come home happy and tired every time.
Hours built for NYC
Open 6am–8pm on weekdays. Early drop-off and late pick-up available so we work around your schedule.

Check-in & drop-off
Please book before arriving — any dog arriving without a booking will be charged a 50% surcharge or $10 with a package. Leave leashes in the front cubbies. Your dog should wear at least a collar. Do not enter the daycare area.
For half days, drop-off and pick-up must happen within your selected window. Going over converts to a full day charge.
Check-in & check-out
Check-in begins at 4pm, check-out ends at 11am. Early drop-off and late check-out available at a discounted rate. Food is required — label all meals clearly. Beds, blankets, and medicine are welcome.
We recommend a day of daycare before a first boarding stay so your dog can explore the space first.
Closing times
Weekday close is 8pm, weekend close is 6pm. A $1/minute late fee applies until 30 minutes after closing, at which point dogs are boarded overnight and charged accordingly.
Extended hours (6–8am and 6–8pm weekdays) are available — select at booking to avoid surcharges.
Cancellation windows
Daycare: 2 days prior. Boarding: 7 days prior. Holiday boarding: 15 days prior. No same-day refunds. All packages are non-refundable.
